Golf is a sport that requires physical and mental demands. Whether you consider yourself an amateur, active golfer, PGA Tour you will be competing at your personal best.
Posting lower scores begins with KNOWING YOUR BODY!
Understanding what your body can do for you and what to expect from your body. Steering away from potential injury is crucial to improving and enjoying the game of golf.
Research and Clinical Evaluation has shown consistently that certain muscles and joints create certain patterns. Patterns of movement that must be addressed to enhance a golfer's ability to play and reduce the probability of injury.
Evaluation and maximizing your body's potential will increase your body's capabilities in areas that are usually forgotten and never addressed.
Muscles and joints can always be trained to improve their strength, flexibility and mobility. The key is how do we find maximum flexibility and peak strength.
Have you asked yourself after a golf game or lessons: "Is my body strong and flexible enough to provide me with the physical capabilities to address the distance or accuracy in striking the golf ball? ( with out over doing it of course!)
So how do PGA Tour Golfers do it?
The majority of professional golfers have been training their bodies around "golf specific" conditioning programs since and early age.
In order to hit more accurate and longer golf shots you must have:
1. Proper Posture
2. Flexibility
3. Strength
4. Range of Motion
If you lack in any of these areas you most likely not achieve your optimum level of performance.
HERE IS WHAT WE DO TO HELP YOU:
Dr. Mark Casalino will conduct an examination to evaluate your flexibility, range of motion and biomechanics aberrations that can predispose you to golf injuries.
There are basic movements in a golfers swing, lateral bending, rotation, flexion extension that every golfer needs. If you are unable to achieve all these positions there is a possibility of muscular or structural problems that will make your swing inconsistent.
Once we determine your problem areas we then focus a treatment plan of Chiropractic Adjustments, Rehabilitation and Massage to reduce your potential for injuries and increase the consistency of your golf swing.
For what ever level of golfing you experience, this will improve your game.
The results are proven and endorsed by PGA Tour!
